Submission Guidelines

Types of Articles Accepted

  • Research Articles – Original empirical research (8,000-12,000 words)

  • Conceptual/Theoretical Articles – Theory development and advancement (8,000-10,000 words)

  • Literature Reviews – Comprehensive reviews advancing knowledge synthesis (8,000-12,000 words)

  • Case Studies – In-depth organizational analysis with theoretical insights (6,000-10,000 words)

  • Meta-Analyses – Systematic synthesis of empirical research (8,000-12,000 words)

Manuscript Requirements

  • All manuscripts must be submitted in English (American English spelling and grammar conventions)

  • Manuscripts must be original, not previously published, and not under consideration elsewhere

  • Adherence to the journal's Catalyst Manuscript Template is mandatory, including prescribed fonts, spacing, heading hierarchies, and citation format

  • All manuscripts undergo desk review for fit and quality before entering the peer review process

  • Double-blind peer review by minimum two international experts in the field

  • Average review time: 8-12 weeks from submission to first decision

Citation and Reference Format

  • APA 7th Edition (Author-Date format) is the mandatory citation style

  • References must be listed alphabetically and include complete bibliographic information

  • All citations must be retrievable from international academic databases

Publication Ethics
